  • Do I need to book the projector in before I send it to you?

    Yes, all projectors must have an RMA Number before they arrive to avoid any delays in Goods In.

  • What kind of information do you need in order to book the projector in?

    Please provide your full name, address, contact telephone number and email. If you are a company, we also require your company registration and VAT number for our accounts department. For more information fill the request form on Contact Us section

  • How much is the carriage?

    Carriage charges dependent on the type of service required. Please contact us for further information.

  • How soon can you organise collection?

    We can usually arrange collections on a Next Working Day service, assuming the projector is booked in by 8-PM.

  • Can I drop off/collect the projector my self?

    Of course, all customer drop offs and collections are welcome. There is plenty of free onsite parking available.
